Freeman Vineyards Wine Dinner at Ozumo San Francisco
Join Akiko and Ken Freeman for a special evening at Ozumo on San Francisco’s Embarcadero, where traditional Japanese cuisine meets contemporary artistry. Executive Chef Dominica Di Maggio and Sushi Chef Eddy Wong will present a multi-course menu featuring dishes such as tuna tartare in a sesame cone, sashimi and nigiri selections, Dungeness crab handrolls, braised Berkshire pork belly, and American Wagyu, followed by a strawberry and matcha dessert.
Hosted alongside Sommelier and Managing Partner Marcus Garcia, each course will be thoughtfully paired with Freeman wines, including the 2022 Yu-ki Estate Sparkling Brut Rosé, 2024 Ryo-Fu Chardonnay and Riesling, and the 2021 Gloria Estate and Yu-Ki Estate Pinot Noirs.
Guests will arrive at 6:00 PM, with dinner beginning promptly at 6:30 PM. Seating will be communal to encourage a shared and convivial experience. Credit cards will be processed the evening of the event.
