We invite you to join the Freeman Team at our estate on one of two Saturdays this fall. October 25 or November 1 are the dates for an open house filled with wonderful West Sonoma Coast wines and small bites prepared by Chef Sogi Yoshiharu.

Wines will be poured from current release and library vintages in large format bottlings. 

Reservations are available for two-hour time slots on a first-come, first-served basis. The time slots are from 11 am to 1pm and from 2pm - 4pm.

Members are allowed four guests per reservation.

Please join the Freeman team on October 17, from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m., for a format tasting of our 2018 Yu-Ki Estate Pinot Noir and small bite pairings. Four different formats—375ml, 750ml, 1.5L, and 3.0L bottlings—will be compared side by side. 

Bites will include:

•   Local mushroom soup w/chive oil
•   Homemade  pork rillettes on crostini w/ pickled grapes and pickled onions 
•   Truffled potatoes boccocini (mini double baked potatoes w/chives, creme fraîche and smoked gouda)
•   Boudin blanc Wellington w/ whole grain mustard sauce and microgreen (Boudin blanc coins in puff pastry)
•   Flourless chocolate bites w/ raspberry 

This intimate tasting is sure to be both enlightening and educational. It will be a sit-down event in the cave and is limited to 34 guests. The cost is $150 per person / $100 per person for Friends of Freeman club members.
