International Pinot Noir Celebration

In late 1985, an informal group of Oregon wine-lovers, winemakers, restaurateurs, and retailers envisioned a premier wine event, to be held in the heart of Oregon wine country. Each year since the first annual event was held in 1987, the IPNC has evolved and matured, with a commitment to staying fresh, innovative, and relevant. For the past 25 years the IPNC has been uniting international Pinot noir producers, esteemed journalists, Pinot noir devotees, northwest chefs, and foodies for a weekend of tasting, dining, learning, and celebrating together.

In Pursuit of Balance: New York

In Pursuit of Balance

Freeman Vineyard & Winery is proud to be a part of this growing group of producers seeking a different direction with their wines, both in the vineyard and the winery. This direction focuses on balance, non-manipulation in the cellar, and the promotion of the fundamental varietal characteristics which make pinot noir and chardonnay great – subtlety, poise and the ability of these grapes to serve as profound vehicles for the expression of terroir. Simultaneously, members of the media and trade have been vocal in calling for greater restraint and balance in wine, and this has become one of the hottest topics in the wine world.  Get your tickets now as they sell out quickly.
