We invite you to join the Freeman Team at our estate for one of two exclusive Saturdays this spring. Mark your calendars for April 6 or April 20 to experience an open house brimming with exceptional Russian River wines and delightful small bites crafted by Chef Sogi Yoshiharu.

Enjoy tastings from our current releases and select library vintages, available in both standard and large format bottles.

Reservations are open for two-hour slots on a first-come, first-served basis, available from 10 AM to noon and from 1 PM to 3 PM.

Each member may bring up to four guests per reservation.

Introducing Our First Cave Tasting: Akiko's Cuvee Vertical

Please join us for an unprecedented sit-down tasting experience in the cave, featuring a four-year vertical tasting of Akiko's Cuvee Pinot Noir spanning from 2012 to 2015. Upon arrival, you will be welcomed with our latest varietal, the 2022 Ko-Fu Riesling, setting the stage for an immersive exploration of Akiko's Cuvee. Throughout the event, each wine will be thoughtfully paired with an array of small bites crafted by Chef Sebastian Chevrolet, enhancing the tasting journey.

Seating is limited for this exclusive event, and we encourage you to make your reservation at your earliest convenience.

The cost for this unique experience is $125 per person, with a special rate of $75 for Friends of Freeman Club Members.

Freeman Winery is thrilled to present a remarkable evening of music featuring the unparalleled talent of Renée Fleming, one of the most renowned and celebrated sopranos of our time, performing in the world’s greatest opera houses and concert halls. Honored with four Grammy® awards and the US National Medal of Arts, Renée has sung for momentous occasions from the Nobel Peace Prize ceremony to the Diamond Jubilee for Queen Elizabeth II at Buckingham Palace.

In 2014, she became the first classical artist ever to sing “The Star-Spangled Banner” at the Super Bowl. Renée has starred in and hosted an array of television broadcasts, including The Met: Live in HD and Live from Lincoln Center. Her voice is featured on the soundtracks of Best Picture Oscar winners The Shape of Water and The Lord of the Rings.

2023 Freeman Summer Series Events

June 11th, 2023 - August 20th, 2023

Taste · Sight · Sound

Join the Freeman team to celebrate Summer and the upcoming harvest.

Taste – our wonderful Pinot Noir and Chardonnay along with a selection of small bites of delicious Japanese street food from Chef Sogi Yoshiharu.

Sight – these events will take place outside at our Gloria Estate Vineyard in our beautiful picnic/lawn area.

Sound – Listen to the acoustic guitar of our friend Joe Szuecs while he plays under the redwoods.

Tickets are $60 per person.
Includes a tasting of 6 wines, Japanese street food and music. Additional wines available for purchase with no corkage fee.

Event Time is from 12:00 pm – 3:00 pm.
